You may want to check out Network Inspector from Fluke.  If I do not
remember wrongly, you will need at least Visio 2000 Professional if you want
Network Inspector to draw out the network diagram.

Pro: Helps to draw the network diagram.

Con: Sometimes the information gathered is not correct.  May require some
editing.
