LOL, yup, they gave you the subnet number, alright

ask them for the specific address - it will be either 213.13.134.137, or
213.13.134.138, with the mask they provided.  My guess would be that the
address will be 213.13.134.138.  Then, all will be good in the world for
you.  :-)
