On top of that I also set a filter to throw email that doesn't have my name
in the to:, cc:, or bcc: fields to a bulk mail folder.  I had to do a little
modifying to handle [EMAIL PROTECTED] but that just let me filter those
to a cisco folder.

If you feel like spending $$ you can look at services such as spamcop where
they filter your mail from a blacklist before it gets to you.
