No. Sorry. I misread the question. I thought you were asking about multiple 
frames. There can theoretically be multiple frames. There can only be one 
token. If a station releases the token early another station can grab it, 
send a frame, and release a token. But that's still just one token.

I must have been token when I wrote the response! ;-)

The point I really wanted to make is that in the real world, early token 
release doesn't happen. A token ring network would have to be really big 
for there to be a situation where a station was not receiving the first of 
its own bits while sending the last of its bits. In most cases, a station 
doesn't get a chance to release a token early.
