Yep....as long as the DLCI's are on different interfaces you're fine.
Inverse arp should take care of the mappings for you but you could play it
safe by setting up some frame-relay map commands.  I have this on several
routers and have had no problems so far.

ie:

interface s3/0.100 point-to-point
ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
frame-relay interface-dlci 100
!
interface s3/1.100 point-to-point
ip address x.x.x.x x.x.x.x
frame-relay interface-dlci 100
