This is true. It is actually simple. Configure your serial interface to autodiscover the external Switched 56 CSU. Then setup a standard dial string, dialer profile, or legacy DDR config. It is EXACTLY like dialing out a serial interface using an external modem and a DB60 pin to DB25 pin Cisco Serial to Modem/Codex cable. Your PRI will autonegotiate down to 56K instead of 64K just like when it answers a modem. You may require the "isdn incoming-voice data" on your PRI serial config.
