I totally agree !! I quit using Paypal because they screw me up in my last auction just because I access my account from another country and they totally freeze my account and asked me records from my banks transaction , etc before they would unfreeze the account... I refuse to do so and I still have about $500/= inside... Complaints to the BBB and DA office doesn't do anything as they cliams that my account is suspicious because I access it outside of USA... I guess they win the Dumb and Dumber and Dumbest award..
