Here's another thing to think about... if you decide you have an interest in Cisco's AVVID solutions, and you want to get certified in AVVID, the MCSE 2K cert is a pre-requisite. Cisco's AVVID solutions are geared towards the Active Directory infrastructure of Win2K.
