Start with TAC's page for Software Installation and Upgrade Procedures at
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/130/upgrade_index.shtml

Once you get into the section for your router you want to look for "X-Modem
Upgrade" or
something like that. Basically you need to get into the ROM monitor mode and
tftp an
image to your router.
