I am sick of networking after doing it for a few years and I quit my job and
take a long break for 2 years and do something that is totally irrelevant to
computer. During that period, I go flying and learn my private pilot
license, travel, then come back and everything change and learn all the way
to my CCIE.

Take a break if don't feel good.
