depending on the size of your site..we have 5000 users in one you may want 
to have a

wan diagram
lan diagram
generic floor diagram

what i did last time was to create a folder with these pages in

1)front page
2)site access details page
3)wan diagram
4)Lan diagram
5)generic floor diagram
6)Complete ip address list (for network devices)
