You could just use the "ip ospf hello-interval" to fix hello inconsistancies. I don't think that point-to-point or multipoint mismatches will cause issues just hello mismatches. You could also use the "ip ospf priority 0" command on all interfaces of the router from preventing DR/BDR elections on that router.
