Exactly, it depends on the circumstances. On a resume, I'll list everything from CCNA to CCNP. This includes MS stuff like MCSE/MCP/etc, because some HR people are so clueless they think that just because is missing from your resume (despite work experience), you don't have a certain skill set. So I list everything I have just to be safe. In a forum such as this one, none of that is necessary.
