I opened the case with TAC. I went out and reseated the module (the site is
20 miles away from my office) and it ended up registering.  Of course the
TAC guy says, 'Problem solved' and I said, not yet.  I have to put 400
hospital personnel on this thing in two weeks, you need to figure out why
this happened.  Still waiting for TAC conclusion.  My theory is that we need
a line conditioner/UPS that ensures constant power input and no reboots.  In
all likelihood I will have Cisco RMA the GBIC card.  We'll see what happens.
