it should be free, since it'll cost a fortune to power it.....I got a 4000 with a 4 port serial module to do the frame switch part, works great and the electric company doesn't get my pay check...

Yes. The frame-relay switching command wasn't added until 10.0! But you could upgrade the IOS, maybe. The AGS is infamous for being very noisy and requiring lots of power.
