apparently last week some one on the list made the ethernets work in a 2600 router at 10mb....

Unfortunately, last time I checked (whish was a couple years ago, given) those ethernet modules came in two models, 1 and 4 port, and cost about $1000 per port. Another option would be to replace the 2611 with a 1750. It's got one fast ethernet port. If this network is as small as it sounds, it'd be a viable option. Oh, and about trunking, the way it works is you define the switch port connected to the router as a trunk. This allows multiple (in your case, all) vlans to use the one port. The router is configured with subinterfaces on the fastethernet port, one for each vlan. The router can then route between these vlans.
