Phil is pretty much correct, altho we wont do layoffs..we are not replacing any body that leaves or does not make it on the performance issues...
Personally I still think the company is the one of the better places to be if you love networking and tech, but to each his own.... Phil is also right about the pay, the companies that you really like to be in don't pay the highest salary. The supply and demand issue always works for them, since there is no shortage of people that want to work for those type of companies...
