I have a Cisco product catalogue from 1994 (don't ask).  The NP-2E and 
NP-1E were around then, and I don't think any Cisco router supported 
full-duplex.  Or Fast Ethernet.  Not even the top-of-the-line 7000 family 
(that's 7000, not 7200 or 7500, and "top-of-the-line" is Cisco's 
description).  We've still got a few hundred NP-2Es working just fine, 
thank you.

When did the standards for full duplex come out?  (That's an honest 
question, not a rhetorical one - I don't know the answer)
