If you want to go for a challenging Cert that proves your intelligence go get a Ph. D. At least we all know you have to work hard for those. Maybe you could get one for computer science and you could design the code for the next generation of routers. I don't think your CSS1 would qualify you for that.
My point? You passed a test that was not too demanding and now you're disappointed when other people pass it. You don't feel as special anymore. Maybe you won't appear as much of a GURU. Well if you don't like it set your goals higher and the possibilities of other s achieving or surpassing them will be lower and then you could remain "King of the Hill" even if its in your own mind.
