If it's a joke, why do you put CCNP after your name? I didn't think of it as a joke when I took the CCNP. I think it's a good program to learn certain networking concepts. I think there are very important concepts in the CCNP that are important to know for CCIE and for everyday Cisco networking tasks.

Is BRI and PRI different in how they are composed? No, do you Cisco will ask you what they are composed of, be it in 5x or 6x ? Yes. Are they different? No. Go and sit the exam.
