IS-IS recognized only two kinds of links - broadcast and point-to-point. On frame relay, you have a couple of choices:
1) point-to-point subinterfaces 2) tunnel interfaces It's been a while, but IIRC, there are problems on the multipoint side of a point-to-multipoint setup.
