Guys, If you do suffer from CTS, a good exercise and also cheap I might add, is taking two elastic bands, relatively 'tough' and putting them around your fingers and thumbs and then using your fingers to expand the elastic bands. Do this when you have nothing to 'do' in front of the monitor, and you'll help alleviate if not reduce the effects of CTS.
I started doing this, and I can now open a packet of sweets without cringing in pain!
