Yes, I know it.  SW1 is the root and all port are forwarding for all Vlans.

The problem was is por 0/24 of SW2.  It was not the root port or the
designated bridge, but the state of por 0/24 for Vlan 1 was forwarding.
For the other Vlans it was blocking, as expected.

The root bridge will always be forwarding and the other end will be
blocked in a
network that is working correctly....
