The default font is MyoungJo, abbreviated to "mj".

Somewhere in your log it says
LaTeX Font Info: No file C63mj.fd. on input line 23.
It means it can't find C63.mj in the TEXMF tree. That's why
"C63/gt/m/n" is undefined.
If you have added such a file yourself, try running "texhash" and see
whether it is now found or not.
On my teTeX installation it can be fount at
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/CJK/KS/HLaTeX/c63gt.fd
If you can't find such a file anywhere, then probably something's
missing in MikTeX.
Also, I use
\begin{CJK}[HL]{KS}{}
\gt
to switch fonts. But your way is okay as well.
