Yep, that was the problem, MikTeX didn't actually include that file. Now I've downloaded the equivalent HLaTeX folder from CTAN (which contains the c63gt.fd file) and put it in the correct location (I think). Unfortunately I'm now getting a very strange error message described in the attached log file talking about "Metric (TFM) file not found."
 
When it comes to font installation I am a complete novice - having downloaded the .fd file, what else do I do? Do I need to run some program on it to create the .tfm file?
 
Any further help would be greatly appreciated,
