Dear Sandra, You did something wrong probably when you saved the file. It looks like you didn't save the word perfect file as an html file. The file extension should read "filename.html" instead of "filename.txt". If the file is supposed to be "index.html" it must be "index.txt" or something like that. Check the file name in your directory and if what I mentioned isn't the problem, let me know and I'll see if I can think of what is causing it. Oh, another thing that will cause a file to look like that is uploading it in the wrong binary way. I forget which is which, but some ftp spaces require you to upload either binary or ASCI. One is for pictures and the other for text. The last thing that can cause a problem is not allowing the file to fully upload before going on to another task on your computer.
