Hi Laura, I have to agree with Linda. I had a swimmer in one litter and the turtle description is perfect. He had a very flat chest and was pathetic looking. I put an egg crate cushion (cushion with bumps in it) in the whelping box and manipulated his legs a few times a day and he ended up the better of the 2 pups in the litter structurally. I don't think that would have been the case if I had chosen to not change his environment.
