Wow, I thought you were upset because they weren't "showing" the pup.
My 14 year old fell in love with Cavaliers and we did get her one(I
had a 1 year old cavalier already). She's the one that got up in the
middle of the night for months to take him out. The 14 year old is the
caretaker (and always has been) but I am the guardian. The daughter and
the pup (who is going to be 1 year old 5/28) are bonded to each other.
I truly can not understand why anyone would consider giving up on a
pet, a wise, and adult decision. Is this why the divorce rate is so
high???
I am VERY glad the breeder we got the lil boy from didn't dismiss us
when we told her the boy would be my daughters.
