Not beyond the purpose of this list if this message eventually reaches and inspires a frustrated or time-limited user who is also a competent programmer who wants to build his reputation. Alas, as much fun as it would be to do it myself, after a heart attack and a stroke the days of life I have left are too few and precious to spend them doing things just for fun. Someone will eventually do it, so it might as well be someone on this list or someone to whom the suggestion is forwarded from this list.


As for Linux and Windows, eventually "there can be only one". I prefer it be Linux or its descendant.
