I suspect that the cld version was created when you updated the ClamAV utilities from the distribution's packages. I think I've seen this on another occasion here on the list not long ago, maybe worth a search.
btw, can I ask if people are still using the Google safebrowsing database with the api key?
I can only speak from my own experience.
