We were hit fairly hard by this bug on our Cisco LWAPP wireless network.
Earlier this morning, we enabled new checks for the VlanDetectInterval
registry key chained to a LaunchProgram requirement set to auto
remediate by launching reg.exe from system32 and setting the
VlanDetectInterval to 0. 

This seemed to work fairly well, but it is nice to see this is fixed in
the new agent version. It would have been great to have this before our
spring semester started. . .

According to the Release Notes, it resolves caveat CSCsm05207 where the
agent drops network connection after delayed or no ARP reply. 

This is related to a new feature in 4.1.3 for clients that have more
than one network interface connected to the same CAS.
