Hi Don,
It sounds like you were hitting the bug CSCsm05207 which caused network
drops when we didn't receive arp replies from the default gateway. This
was fixed in the 4.1.3.1 agent.
Thanks,
Nevin

Users that installed the 4.1.3 client patch experienced intermittent

traced it down to the client we didn't into the why of it, we just
removd the clients.

Don, can you elaborate on your disconnect problems?

Subject: Re: 4.1.3 Look and Feel
We've deferred installing 4.1.3 here due to the myriad problems
people are having with it, along with the 4.1.3 agent disconnect
problems we've experienced. We've since moved back to a previous
agent version.
I'd recommend not installing 4.1.3 and waiting until a stable release
is available.

We are getting ready to roll out 4.1.3 in the next 30 to 60 days. We
are on 4.1.1 and haven't had a chance to do anything with the 4.1.3
product yet in the lab. I am aware of the "new features" etc but I
am curious. Is the end user interface different or does it look
pretty much the same?
Our management freaks out if the interface is different. Doesn't
matter about the back end and features. Just the look and feel.
Thanks.
