We're seeing an increase in users running Vista on our network so we're
currently testing enforcement of our anti-virus requirements in Vista. Our
current CCA client version is 4.1.2.2 and the version of Symantec Anti-Virus we
distribute to our users for Vista is 10.2.0.276.
In our test environment we've set up CCA to require that a recognized
anti-virus product is installed and the definitions are up to date. CCA is
recognizing SAV fine and catching the out of date definitions, but the "Update"
button in the CCA client is not launching LiveUpdate at all. Has anyone else
seen any problems like this? We have an open TAC with Cisco but they have been
slow to respond to us.
