3 significant things to consider with regards to 4.1.3.0 (based on our roll out)
1. The server and agent are not entirely in agreement about a user's status on the server (logged in, logged out, etc). The agent reports as logged in but the user is not listed at all in any role (user has no network access) I heard they were working on this and figuring out where to put it on the road map ;-) 2. The PC agent version 4.1.3.0 has a nasty network connection dropping bug - supposedly fixed in 4.1.3.1 (CSCsm05207 Bug Details - CCA Agent drops network connection after delayed or no ARP reply Symptom: 4.1.3 agent experiences link-flap when it does not receive a reply from the default gateway. 3.
