We upgraded to CCA 4.1.3.0 with agent 4.1.3.1 yesterday and haven't seen any issues. But if you have double quotes in the agent download page text, your agent download page maybe messed up after the upgrade. This happened to us. The workaround is to replace all the double quotes with single quotes. The bug ID for this issue is CSCsm32684.
