Bruce, We are running 12.2(40)SE on all our 3750s (WS-C3750-48TS). We upgraded to 12.2(40)SE from 12.2(25)SE in early January as a result of the two previous general SNMP failures, but have had 3 more re-occurrences since.
We use a central deployment of CCA (4.1.2.1) in OOB virtual gateway mode . We plan to upgrade to 4.1.3 soon. -Bill
