We see this too. I tested AVG Free Edition 8.0.100 with CAM/CAS 4.1.3.1 and Agent 4.1.3.2 and it fails:
Client AV Info Product ID: WmiAV Product Name: AVG Technolgies unknown product Product Version: 8.0 Virus Definition File Version: Virus Definition File Date: I was testing with AVG 8.0 fresh installation. We have tested AVG Free Edition 8.0 on CCA installs of 4.1.2.1 with both versions of CCA Agent 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.2. This fails. We have tested AVG Free Edition 8.0 on CCA installs of 4.1.3.1 with both versions of CCA Agent 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.2. This also fails. I was looking at the matrix of support AV on cisco.com. It states that the older versions of Grisoft, Inc: AVG software of Antivirussystem AVG 6.0,AVG 6.0 Anti-Virus - FREE Edition, AVG 6.0 Anti-Virus System, AVG 7.5, AVG Antivirensystem 7.0, AVG Anti-Virus 7.0, AVG Anti-Virus 7.1, AVG Free Edition as being supported. The new AVG version 8.0 is the only supported version of Agent 4.1.3.2. I'm guessing from the older software that Cisco hasn't yet placed the "Free Edition" as a 'supported' AV product. Any comments?? ___________________ Chad E Smith University of Dayton On Wed, 21 May 2008 12:01:51 -0400, Chad Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >CAM and CAS are both running 4.1.2.1 > > >On Wed, 21 May 2008 10:58:45 -0400, Osborne, Bruce W.
