Just double check that you have selected the radio button option :

Clean Access Agent --> Requirements --> Requirement Rules --> 'All selected
rules' succeed instead of 'Any selected rule succeeds

Subject: Rules/Roles issue

Hi all -

I'm still battling with my XP SP3 set up. We wish to make it mandatory to have
SP2 or 3, which I have working. But we also want to push users to install SP3.
To so, I've created two Requirements: the first makes sure you have either SP2
or SP3 installed (mandatory) and the second checks if you have SP3 installed
and gives you the option to go and install it (optional rule). My problem is
this: the optional rule is not coming up. It does the first check fine (and
I've forced it to SP3 alone, just to test that that bit is functional - it is)
but then it just lets the user on, by-passing the optional check for SP3. Any
ideas?
