One thing to keep in mind is that I am using the very same rule/check for the SP2/SP3 requirement, so I know it's not that check. The Report shows that the user was authorized to attach to the network. The Service Pack 3 check is green with nothing listed under passed checks or not executed checks. - Sean ---- Sean Hennessey Networking and Information Security Systems Administrator The University of Portland From: Cisco Clean Access Users and Administrators [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Speight, Howard Sent: Tuesday, August 05, 2008 12:26 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Rules/Roles issue Screen shot might help troubleshoot?
