Alok et al,

We're getting some push back from our sales rep again. Does anyone
have the actual Cisco Smartnet number for just the software versions of
Clean Access?

Thanks,

Dan

Hey Daniel,
You will still be able to continue renewal of the support contract.
There may have been some confusion with the sales rep. Please ask again.

Pls let me know if I can be of assistance.

Thanks

Right, we were told that we could not continue the software support
contract when it expires. If our sales rep was wrong I'd bet that MBC
would love to extend the support.

I think what Daniel was saying is that his license is going to run out
as well, not just that they'll need to move to new hardware.

Also not true. If you still have a valid support contract on your
software then you can still get support on it. You just can't goto 4.5.
