Thanks Aaron.

Yeah, we're definitely leaning on java as the cause.  It's been recommended
by Cisco to try the java cache clear as well.  Will update here once we've
tried it.

This is a troubleshooting tip so it might or might not help with the
weblogin with Mac OS X problem. The combination of Java errors with
indeterminate results with Safari and Firefox points me to a Java issue.
Try clearing the Java Cache from Mac OS X. If you do not know how to do
that instructions are located at
https://wiki.csuchico.edu/confluence/display/help/Delete+Java+Cache+in
+Windows+XP+and+Mac+OS+X.

P.S. Oracle released Java update 21 on Monday, August 9. I would expect a
Mac version of this update in a week or two.
