It seems like the new agent is more sensitive with OS issues such as missing DLL files, registry keys problems, etc. When there are such issues, it won't start and throw the script error. Apparently other applications work fine on the client computer. We haven't found other ways to fix the script errors other than rebuild the OS even with a few TAC cases opened.
