I have the same issue with student computers. We have mandated the 4.7.2 NAC agent here at Georgia Southern University and we have have several cases where the Cisco NAC agent will not pop up. There are no firewalls up. In some cases there we had to remove malware, but even after that it did not work. We have tried unistalling and re-installing the agent and still getting the same result.
The 4.1.2 agent will install fine and pops up with no problem. But after it promps us to update to 4.7.2, the agent stops popping up altogether. Any suggestions as to what can be done?
