I've it too (for x86_64). But it seems harmless. In
fact, cross-compiling works fine, apart this "process
substitution". And for root, everything is ok, and
it's still cross-compiling.

If you mean "after the reboot", yes, for me, it's also
ok from a normal user.

Didn't try it.

Have you been able to test bash from root in the first
part, to confirm that it works?
