I don't have any experience with CCW, but I know Laurent Petite is very active
on here, maybe post on https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/clojuredev-users
(the CCW group)?

In terms of CSS books, I suspect you might be better off with a
mobile-orientated book (of which I haven't ready any). There are many many out
there, and thanks to safaribooksonline I have skimmed quite a few, but ones
that stick out:

 - Anything by Eric Meyer obviously, but I find them quite "reference bookish"
 - CSS Cookbook 3rd Edition
 - The CSS Detective Guide: Tricks for solving tough CSS mysteries

and of course no list would be complete without the wonderful "Head First HTML
with CSS & XHTML". They are always good for a break from the sometimes dry and
dusty tomes of CSS rules.

In terms of useful resources:

 - http://radiatingstar.com/make-a-layout-with-fluid-and-fixed-size-columns
 - http://alistapart.com/article/holygrail
 - http://css-tricks.com/scroll-fix-content/

Hope this helps.
