I had this done a couple of years ago and a few guys from A&B sound came in to do it. I wouldn't consider the service to be excellent (they seemed uncertain about a lot of things and I end up buying the switch myself) but they were adequate in stringing the cable. One thing to note though is that we had no walls at the time (rebuilt a condo from scratch) so there is probably a big difference in what they're able to do with existing walls in a house.
