Not yet.  There's some ground work I still need to lay before it I'll
add this to kaa (popcorn).  I've been working out the design with a test
app done in C, whose code is so horrific and offensive that were I to
release it, I would (or should) surely be brought up some sort of
terrorism charge.

The incentive isn't strong.  Likely what I'll do is port the VO drivers
I've written for mplayer and xine to gst, which will seamlessly
integrate with the front-end stuff, as opposed to maintaining a
completely separate code path for gst.

(And, although this may be considered flamebait, gstreamer is not yet at
a point where I feel compelled to take it seriously.  Until it gets
AC3/DTS passthrough and a good deinterlacer that can dynamically handle
progressive, telecined, and interlaced content, I've no incentive to use
it over Xine.  DVD menus would be nice too.  And if it has any of these
things nowadays, please set me straight.)
