We have a relatively small project (about 20 sub projects) that now report tons of "Error adding rule for /dir1/dir2/cmakelists.txt" for all of our sub projects. This is after upgrading to 2.4.1 beta. Are there changes to some of the standard commands and rules that might cause this? We deleted our cache and the generated cmake directories in the subprojects to no avail.
