I honestly found the briggs prerestraining tool to not be very user friendly
which is why I was putting out my feelers for something else! But thanks for
your prompt response Brenda!

Briggs has an excellent pre-restraining assessment that includes all of
the factors that need to be evaluated. It is form CFS 3-1HH.

Does anyone have a pre-restraining assessment or admission restraining
assessment they would be willing to share? I have attached what I
currently
use for pre-restraining. Then quarterly I use the Briggs restraint
reduction
form.
