Sec K IV fluids/ABT

If you have someone receiving IV ABT for example ampicillin that is mixed with 250 ml of fluid and no other IV fluids are being administered, do you count this in Sec K?  Our dietician says you do not count it in Sec K.  Could someone please clarify. Thank you, Debbie Nichols
